There are profile pictures displayed next to team members' name in various places. WebGazer uses Gravatar for fetching people's avatars.
Gravatar (Globally Recognized Avatar) is a free service provided by Automattic (the company behind the WordPress).
So, if you want to use a custom profile picture on WebGazer, you can go to Gravatar, and set an avatar with your e-mail address you use on WebGazer there. Your profile picture on WebGazer will automatically updated.
