WebGazer ensured the delivery of the SMS and phone call alerts utilizing third-party services. Since usage of these services has a cost overhead, number of phone call and SMS alerts available for a customer per month is limited.
SMS and phone call credits are jointly handled. You can use your credits for SMS and phone calls. Each notification takes one credit from your credit balance. Notification credits are refreshed on the first day of each month.

Buying more credits
Buying more credits is possible by reaching out to us. Please send your request to us on support@webgazer.io with the number of credits. We send you a one-time invoice. When you make the payment, your credits are added to your balance.
