Weekly report is a summary e-mail that shows how your monitors performed during the previous week. It is sent once a week to every user who has it enabled, so you can keep an eye on your services without opening the dashboard.

When it is sent

The weekly report covers the previous week, from Monday to Sunday, and it is delivered on Monday morning in your organization's time zone, shortly after 09:00. The e-mail may arrive a few minutes later than that.

Each organization receives one report per week. You can change the organization's time zone in Settings → Organization details, but only the organization Owner can do that.

What the report includes

At the top, you see how many incidents your monitors had during the week. Below that, each monitor gets its own card with a day-by-day status (green for a day without downtime, red for a day with downtime, gray when there is no data) and its availability for the week. Clicking a monitor's name opens its full report for the same dates.

Paused monitors are left out of the report. If all your monitors are paused, no report is sent.

Who receives it

The weekly report is sent to each user in the organization who has Receive weekly reports enabled. It is enabled by default when you sign up. Each user controls their own preference, and it does not affect other members of the organization.

The report is delivered to the e-mail address you use to sign in to WebGazer. For details, see E-mail addresses.

The weekly report e-mail is sent from reports@webgazer.io. If you have an aggressive spam filter, you might want to add this address to your allowlist.
