You can get incident notifications via e-mail by setting an e-mail alert.
Add e-mail alert
You can set up an e-mail alert under the
Go to the
Alerts section Click on
Add Alert Choose the gazer/pulse you want to add an alert
e-mail under Via
Choose your alert schedule
When an incident starts or ends if you want to get two notifications, one at the start and one at the end of an incident
When an incident starts if you want to get a notification only at the start of an incident
When an incident ends if you want to get a notification only at the end of an incident
Choose alert schedule
Choose when you want to get an alert
Immediately, if you want to get an alert when an incident is registered
If it lasts, if you want to get an alert if the incident continues for more than a certain time duration
Choose when to notify
Type in the e-mail address and click
Now, you get a notification consistent with your alert preferences when an incident occurs.
If you want to get the incident notifications to a single e-mail address, choose
Any gazer and Any pulse while adding the alert.
Another alert can also be added for a gazer/pulse even if there exists an e-mail alert assigned to that gazer/pulse.

You can update an alert on the
Go to the
Alerts section Click on the three dots on an e-mail alert
Update e-mail alert
Edit alert settings Make the necessary changes
It is not possible to change the
Via option of an existing alarm. If you want to make this alert of another type, first delete the e-mail alert by clicking on three dots and selecting Delete alert. Then, add a new alert for the gazer/pulse.
